IG LESSON V; GET YOUR INSTAGRAM PHOTOS NOTICED

Once you’ve uploaded some great photos, it’s time to attract everyone’s attention. Your aim is to get more Instagram followers, as well as more likes and comments on your photos. There are several ways to get your photos noticed and gain more followers. I’m going to discuss them in this section

To get your Instagram photos in front of more people, consider using hashtags. Adding hashtags when you post a photo means your image will show up in Instagram’s hashtag feeds
In the picture above you can use the hashtags #beach, #silhouette, #sunset
Instagram limits the number of hashtags you can use in each post to 30. There are those debating how many hashtags is perfect for individual post but no one is certain of the right answer but if your goal is to get your photos and videos noticed you can knock yourself out as using all 30 doesn't seem to have any negative effect
When it comes to picking which hashtags to use, avoid super-popular ones like #love or #instagood as they are too broad and will not make your content easily discoverable. Choose hashtags relevant to your interests; to do this, start typing a hashtag into your caption, and Instagram will suggest alternatives that could perform well for that topic

Another easy way to get your photos noticed is to find someone with photos like yours, and start following the followers of that person. They’ll get notified that you’re following them, and many will check out your profile. Since your content is something they are already interested in, they are likely to follow back

NOTE that when you follow these people it is required that you interact with them to get better result. If you follow someone and don’t like or comment on any of their photos, you’re considered to be a ghost follower. You’ll get better results if you comment on the photos of people you’re following. That way they’ll know you’re a real person
